Diagnosis and Repair $40.00 - $150.00
Ruoff Computers will track down the cause of your computer problems and bring your computer back to life. Includes diagnosing hardware related problems, crashes, lockups and sluggish performance. (Parts provided at an additional charge).
Operating System Installation $150.00
Ruoff Computers will install the version of Microsoft Windows Operating System that best fits your needs and install all the latest Security Updates and Service Packs. We will also configure the Operating System to ensure that your computer is secure. We can provide the software at an additional fee if you don’t have a licensed version.
Ruoff Computers will set up and secure up to three computers on a wired or wireless network including setting up file and print
sharing. Networking hardware and cabling not included. Additional computers configured for $35.00 each.
Computer Maintenance $55.00 (One Computer-additional Computers $39.95 Each)
Ruoff Computers will clean out the dust from your system, defragment your hard drive, scan your system for virus and spy ware and tweak your system for optimized performance. Virus and spy ware can be removed for an additional charge of $95.00
Hardware Upgrades $50.00 plus parts
Ruoff Computers will install and configure one internal or external hardware device. Motherboards installed for $90.00 and will require an Operating System reinstall at an extra charge.
Software Installation $50.00 for two Software Titles (software extra)
From Anti-Virus to Photo Editing software Ruoff Computers will install up to two software titles on your computer and configure them for your needs. Addition titles $25.00 each (Operating Systems not included)
Virus and Spy Ware Removal $125.00
Virus and spy ware infections can happen to the most conscienctious computer user. If you find yourself infected Ruoff Computers will scan your computer for virus and spy-ware and remove it from your system. Includes configuring your computer to prevent addition infections. If not present will install Anti-Virus and anti spy ware software (software extra). .
